Chef Melissa can help you with Chocolate Covered Strawberries
All chocolate-lovin chicks need to know how to make chocolate dipped strawberries in a pinch. For some help, this was a great "you tube" with an easy way to make chocolate dipped strawberries.

Have a chocolate-lovin' Fourth of July with our Chocolate Barbeque Sauce recipe
ChicksLoveChocolate Chocolate Barbeque Sauce
This one is great on pork and beef ribs or chicken. Adds a little something different to try grillside!
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup catsup
¼-½ cup Hershey’s dark chocolate syrup (depending on taste)
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash of ground red pepper
Simmer all ingredients over low heat til to your desired preference of flavor.
Smother over chicken, pork or shrimp!
Happy 4th of July!

"Jog" your memory with chocolate!
A recent study, conducted by the Salk Institute and Mars, Inc., suggests that chocolate may improve memory. It found that a group of mice that were fed flavonols (which are present in some chocolate products) and exercised showed better memory capacity than the other mice.
Great so we get to now eat chocolate while working out to improve our memory! Love it!

Real Men Eat Chocolate: New Study on Benefits for Men Who Eat Chocolate
Who best to share your chocolate with than your man! Now there is even some research to help get him to indulge in some chocolate with you! In this study, chocolate-loving older men tend to be leaner, more educated, skinnier and suffer from diabetes less than those who eat other sweets, according to a new study reported in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
