Call the FDA now, they want to cheapen our chocolate!

In an effort to make chocolate production cheaper, there is a move to change the definition of chocolate and allow cheaper ingredients like vegetable oil instead of cocoa butter and whey protein powder instead of dry whole milk. It's hard to predict the impact but anything that will allow cheap substitutes in my chocolate makes me an unhappy camper!
Please send a comment to the FDA on this topic. They have lengthened the deadline now to June 25. Please send to your friends too!
